Fully agreed. It reminds me of the entire Don Imus thing a year or two ago...people were upset that he was losing endorsement/advertising deals because of his racist remarks, saying it was "a matter of his First Amendment/Free Speech rights." WRONG. If the federal marshals had swooped him, handcuffed him and thrown him in the hoosegow, I'd agree.
