		<description>Terra, there must be a misunderstanding. I don’t support our current health care system at all. I don’t support Canada’s either. I support, however, the French system. I like the idea of a private-public type of system.</description>

		<description>I think your impression of single payer is off base. I have a 15 year old daughter who has insurance from her step-mother. The minute she turns 18 she looses that coverage. A year ago, I wouldn&#039;t have thought anything of it. After all she is healthy. Now she has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. In the current system this will limit her to the extent that she won&#039;t have insurance (most companies won&#039;t take her), or she won&#039;t be able to afford insurance. Effectively, if the system doesn&#039;t change we are going to make my daughter a welfare person. As it sits the best option for her would be to NOT get a job, and to live off of the state... Is that the type of system you would really support?</description>
